You'll be joining a transdisciplinary team that includes professionals in Speech, Occupational, Music, and Art Therapy, all working together to help clients reach their fullest potential. In this role, you will help clients build essential skills—academic, communication, play, social, and daily living—by implementing customized treatment plans developed by our BCBAs and Clinical Directors. What You'll Do:

Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in center, and community settings Teach skills across communication, academics, behavior, and social domains Collect data on skill acquisition, behaviors, and IEP goals Implement behavior intervention strategies designed by BCBA and intervention specialist. Communicate effectively with families and team members Participate in team meetings and continuous training

Requirements:

Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Strong time management and communication skills Ability to maintain professionalism and positivity and good energy! Prior education, childcare, or related fields is highly valued
