9413628-97229 Job Description Step into a rewarding part-time opportunity supporting elementary students as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. This contract role, located near Portland, OR, offers flexibility and the chance to make a meaningful difference in students lives throughout the full school year. Qualifications & Desired Experience:
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required Strong understanding of autism and evidence-based interventions Experience developing, implementing, and monitoring behavior intervention plans Excellent skills in modeling and coaching staff on strategies and best practices Proficient in data collection, interpretation, and adjusting plans based on outcomes Prior work in an elementary school environment is a plus Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Key Responsibilities:
Assess students needs and design effective, individualized behavior support plans Provide direct consultation and coaching to school staff and families to promote plan fidelity Model best practices and interventions within classroom and small-group settings Collect, summarize, and analyze behavioral data to inform ongoing progress Collaborate closely with teachers, support staff, and administrators to ensure comprehensive student support Monitor and update intervention strategies as student needs evolve Maintain accurate records and comply with school and ethical standards
