As a Registered Behavior Technician , you'll play a vital role in helping children develop essential skills, build confidence, and thrive in a supportive and inclusive environment. Your Dream Job Awaits! Work one-on-one with children using evidence-based ABA techniques to promote independence, social skills, and personal growth through fun and interactive activities tailored to each child's unique needs. Teaching skills to enhance communication and functioning Implementing and facilitating behavior plans, monitoring outcomes, and adjusting strategies as needed Restructuring environments to support positive outcomes and reduce problematic behaviors Collecting data and maintaining accurate records Communicating with behavior analysts, families, and peers to coordinate activities and advocate for individual needs Completing daily progress notes and maintaining accurate recordsPerks and Benefits:
