We're seeking skilled Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) for full-time, contract positions working within specialized K-12 classrooms. Openings:

Chester Upland School of Arts:

Three positions assisting in Autistic Support classrooms (K-2), where adaptability and teamwork are valued.

Toby Farms Middle School:

Two onsite roles are available, open to male RBT candidates only, supporting students with behavioral and special education needs.

Key Qualifications:

Valid RBT certification (proof required during application). School-based experience is essential. Strong commitment to working with SPED and behaviorally challenged learners. Ability to obtain Pennsylvania clearances. Reliable transportation for consistent attendance. Able to maintain credential independently, as the district may not provide supervision. Willingness to work in an urban educational environment. Excellent professional references. Comfort with the changing needs in dynamic classroom settings. Must be specific about the position of interest during application and follow all linking/application instructions.

Duties include:

Working within assigned caseloads to support classroom instruction and behavioral interventions. Collaborating with educators, therapists, and families to create a positive impact. Adapting support strategies as needs evolve throughout the school year. Onsite positions offer consistent daytime hours35 hours per week, Monday through Friday. Candidates will participate in a brief, 15-minute Zoom interview as part of the process.
