Job Description

Embark on a fulfilling contract opportunity supporting students as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in a dynamic educational environment. We are seeking dedicated, compassionate professionals with experience in school-based settings to work full-time (35 hours per week) from now until June 10, 2027. Multiple openings are available at two vibrant school sites, each with unique opportunities to support students with behavioral challenges and autism spectrum disorders.
Key Qualifications & Experience:
Active RBT certification is required; please provide verification upon application Prior experience in a school setting supporting SPED and behaviorally challenged students Comfortable working in urban environments and adapting to changing classroom needs Capable of obtaining and maintaining all PA state clearances Reliable transportation and professional references are required Ability to maintain certification supervision independently if needed (district supervision may not be provided) For select Toby Farms Middle School positions, male candidates only, as specified Will not consider Paraprofessionals for these roles
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate onsite within classrooms (K-2 Autistic Support or Middle School) Implement behavior intervention plans and document progress Adapt to the unique and evolving needs of assigned students and settings Work alongside multidisciplinary teams and contribute to a positive learning environment Maintain accurate records in compliance with school and regulatory guidelines Perks of the
