Job Description

Step into a rewarding role supporting students as a Registered Behavior Technician in a vibrant school environment. We're seeking dedicated RBTs to join a contract assignment, working full-time (35 hours per week) in school-based settings. Immediate positions are available supporting classrooms for students with autism (K-2) and behavior needs, offering you the opportunity to make a meaningful impact each day.
What Were Looking For:
Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification (must be provided upon application) Experience working in school settings, especially with special education and behaviorally challenged students Reliability and flexibility in navigating changing classroom needs Ability to obtain or complete Pennsylvania clearances Strong references from previous roles Reliable transportation for onsite work Comfortable working in urban school environments Confidence and compassion in supporting students unique needs Ability to maintain RBT supervision independently if the district cannot provide it Clear disclosure of the district youre applying to is required during the process Specific requirements: Chester Upland School of Arts (3 openings): Males and 1 female needed for K-2 autism support Toby Farms Middle School (2 openings): Male RBT candidates only
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct behavioral support to students in assigned classrooms Collaborate closely with educators and therapists for individualized interventions Maintain thorough data collection and communication on student progress Uphold professional RBT standards and manage certification requirements independently as needed
