9683108-19063 Job Description Embark on a rewarding full-time opportunity supporting students as a Registered Behavior Technician in a dynamic school setting. With five openings available across two sites, you'll work collaboratively to enrich the learning experiences of K-8 students, focusing on those receiving specialized support.

Key Qualifications and Desired Experience:

Valid Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification (must be maintained independently throughout assignment) Experience in school-based settings required; must be comfortable working in urban schools Ability to support students with autism and behavioral challenges, particularly in K-2 Autistic Support classrooms or middle school settings Comfortable adapting to changing needs and caseloads as assigned For select roles at the middle school, male candidates are required per site needs Must be able to obtain or complete Pennsylvania state clearances ahead of assignment Reliable transportation for onsite commitments Solid professional references required

Primary Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality behavioral support to students in collaboration with educational teams Help implement behavior intervention plans and track student progress Adapt strategies flexibly to evolving student and classroom needs Communicate regularly with faculty, staff, and families, as appropriate Maintain accurate records and documentation per credentialing requirements

Job Details & Benefits:

Contract setup with a start date as soon as possible through June 10, 2027 Full-time, 35 hours per week Positions are onsite at two school sites supporting either K-2 or middle school students Candidates must be comfortable with the full scope of caseload responsibilities for the assigned site.
