About the

Role:

Acclaim Autism is hiring Behavior Technicians to work with children and adolescents diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). No certification is required — we provide paid training to become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). This role offers hands-on experience, professional development, and opportunities to advance into clinical or leadership positions.

Responsibilities:

Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision Follow teaching programs and accurately document therapy sessions Assist with parent training as directed Travel to client locations, including homes, schools, and clinics

Qualifications:

High school diploma or higher required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree (or currently enrolled in a related program) preferred 1 year of experience working with children required Reliable, organized, and strong communication skills Ability to travel up to 25%

Requirements:

Must pass all required clearances and have a valid

PA Driver's License Schedule & Compensation:

Monday to Friday (weekends as needed/limited)

Day Shift:

8:30 AM - 4:00

PM Evening Shift:

12:30 PM - 7:00 PM 4-hour and 8-hour shifts available

Employment Options:

Part-time:

15-35 hours per week
