This contract role is perfect for Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) who thrive in collaborative environments and are passionate about fostering growth and positive outcomes in educational settings. With multiple positions available, youll contribute to a team-driven approach alongside other professionals, starting this August.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required Experience working with children or adolescents in school or clinical settings Familiarity with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles Comfortable supporting multiple students with unique and complex needs Strong teamwork skills; able to collaborate with teachers, PCAs, and other staff Flexible, compassionate, and patient demeanor Excellent communication and documentation abilities

Primary Responsibilities:

Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of supervisory staff Work with several students throughout the day, providing consistent behavioral support Collaborate with educators, PCAs, and fellow RBTs to create a supportive learning environment Record data accurately and participate in team meetings regarding student progress Assist with transitions, socialization, skill-building activities, and classroom routines Adapt strategies to meet varying needs within a dynamic classroom setting
