Key Qualifications:
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification is required Strong understanding of behavioral assessment tools and intervention strategies tailored for educational settings Experience designing, implementing, and monitoring individualized behavior intervention plans Ability to provide ongoing training and consultation to teachers and staff Excellent interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills Previous experience in a school environment is highly valued
Primary Responsibilities:
Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop effective intervention plans for students Collaborate with educators, related service providers, and families to promote student success Monitor data collection and adjust strategies as needed to promote positive behavioral outcomes Train and support paras, teachers, and key staff on intervention techniques and best practices Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) team meetings and contribute to student goal setting Maintain all required records, documentation, and progress monitoring for case management Perks of the
