The RBT works closely with teachers, behavior consultants, and support staff to implement IEP goals and behavior support plans, collect daily data, and promote positive behavioral outcomes. Candidates should have reliable transportation, strong communication and documentation skills, and be available to work the full school day Monday through Friday. This role may also include providing personal care support to students in a school-based setting.
