Schedule:

Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM Key Responsibilities Provide behavioral and classroom support to students with autism and other behavioral needs. Assist in managing behaviors, including elopement and occasional aggression. Collaborate with teachers and support staff to implement behavior intervention strategies. Maintain accurate documentation and communication regarding student progress and incidents. Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment Qualifications Experience working with children with autism or behavioral challenges preferred. Ability to remain calm, patient, and professional in high-stress situations. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Reliable, punctual, and committed to student success.
