How You Will Lead your Clinic Support the financial health of the clinic. Manage intakes for new patients (timelines, assigning to BCBA s, review of initial paperwork to ensure eligibility) Support CSM with scheduling. Conduct interviews for BT, RBT, and BCBA positions. Build relationships with teammates and families. Utilize OBM principles to create a positive work/team culture. Monitor BCBA treatment hours and support effective time management skills. Conduct and lead weekly leadership meetings. Monitor performance of teammates and utilize best practices for providing feedback including supporting in biannual teammate evaluations. Accountable for initial onboarding for (R)BTs and BCBAs , including completion of required competency checks. Accountable for ongoing teammate training. Conduct quality audits for treatment plans and learning trees Support BCBAs with transition and discharge, including final approval of any titration plans Create a dynamic, supportive and collaborative team environment felt by teammates, patients, and families. What You Need To Have Masters Degree and ABA coursework approved by BACB. 3 Years of Experience as a practicing Board Certified Behavior Analyst
