Position Summary The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) plays a key role in improving quality of life for the individuals we serve by promoting positive behaviors and reducing barriers to independence and success. In this role, you will conduct assessments, develop individualized behavior support plans, analyze data, train staff, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure effective, person-centered care. What You'll Do Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) Develop and oversee Positive Behavior Support Plans (PBSPs) Monitor treatment progress through data collection and analysis Provide clinical consultation to residential teams and leadership Support crisis response planning and post-incident debriefing Train and mentor staff on behavioral strategies and best practices Supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) as needed Participate in treatment team meetings and case reviews Build strong partnerships with community mental health agencies and stakeholders Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation Qualifications Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Social Work, or related field Current BCBA certification required 1+ years of clinical experience (internship/practicum may be considered) Experience supporting individuals with complex behavioral needs Experience with developmental disabilities and/or mental health populations preferred Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills Ready to Make an Impact?
