Hybrid Compensation:
$90 / hour About the Role We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Yonkers, NY. In this role, you will primarily work in our center environment while providing home-based services as needed. You will design, implement, and supervise individualized ABA programs for clients, ensuring the highest standard of care. At Blueprint, we are committed to delivering high-quality, compassionate ABA services while supporting the professional growth and well-being of our clinicians. Responsibilities Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans Supervise and train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and therapy staff Monitor client progress, analyze data, and modify programs accordingly Collaborate with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams Provide parent and caregiver training and support Complete clinical documentation in compliance with BACB and company standards Conduct home visits as clinically indicated Requirements Current BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB An active New York State Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) license is required Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field Experience working with individuals with autism and developmental disabilities Strong clinical, supervisory, and communication skills Reliable transportation for home visits CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
