Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • 75% Telehealth Buford, GA 30518 Hybrid work Up to $125 an hour
  • Contract Up to $125 an hour
  • Contract We are seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team.
This role focuses on providing high-quality, individualized ABA services in clients' homes. The ideal candidate will have several years of hands-on experience delivering in-home services and a strong commitment to improving the lives of individuals with autism and related disorders.
Responsibilities:
Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans Provide direct in-home supervision and support to clients and behavior technicians Train and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and caregivers Monitor client progress and adjust programs as needed Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with company and funding source requirements Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams to ensure effective treatment outcomes
Qualifications:
Active BCBA certification (required) Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field Minimum of 2 years of experience as a BCBA providing in-home/in-clinic ABA services Strong knowledge of ABA principles and evidence-based practices Experience supervising RBTs and implementing treatment plans Excellent communication and organizational skills Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client homes occassionally
