We are seeking a passionate and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team and help bring meaningful ABA services to an area of need. This is a home based role. You will be supported by an exceptional administrative team, allowing you to focus on meaningful outcomes for clients and families. Your Impact As an In-Home BCBA, you will support meaningful client progress by providing hands-on clinical supervision and guidance where it matters most — in the home. You'll partner with families, mentor RBTs, and ensure every treatment plan is implemented with consistency, compassion, and strong clinical integrity. Key Responsibilities

• Develop, oversee, and refine individualized treatment plans using Applied Behavior Analysis
• Monitor client progress through meaningful data collection and clinical assessments
• Maintain accurate and compliant documentation in accordance with HIPAA standards
• Provide ongoing training, mentorship, and clinical guidance to staff
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to strengthen services and improve client outcomes
• Ensure alignment with organizational values, policies, and regulatory requirements
• Build trusting relationships with clients and families Qualifications & Experience
• Active BCBA certification in good standing
• Background working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities
• Strong knowledge of ABA principles and ethical practice
• Experience using data to guide clinical decision-making
• Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills
• Passion for serving underserved or high-need communities Position Details
