Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, particularly children with autism. This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of those we serve. This is for our Lexington or Imlay City location. Responsibilities
  • Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Implement behavior intervention strategies and techniques
  • Provide ongoing analysis of client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for clients
  • Maintain accurate and detailed medical documentation
  • Utilize data collection methods to track client outcomes Qualifications
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
  • Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, specifically children with autism
  • Proficiency in behavioral therapy techniques
  • Strong understanding of patient assessment procedures
  • Knowledge of medical terminology related to behavioral health
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for working with clients and their families
