Flexible schedule Free uniforms Opportunity for advancement Training & development BluHope is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our growing clinical team serving children and families in Columbus, Georgia and the surrounding communities. We provide high-quality, individualized ABA therapy — and we've built the kind of environment that makes that possible: manageable caseloads, accessible clinical leadership, and real respect for your clinical judgment. Treatment decisions here are driven by assessment and data. If a program needs to change, you change it. What you'll do: Conduct assessments (FBAs, skill assessments) and develop individualized treatment plans Design, monitor, and update behavior intervention programs based on data Provide supervision and mentorship to RBTs, including scheduled in-field supervision Deliver parent and caregiver training Collaborate with families, schools, and other providers Maintain documentation in line with BACB and payer requirements What we're looking for: Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB Georgia licensure as a behavior analyst, or eligibility Experience with pediatric ABA in home, school, clinic, or community settings Strong communication skills with families and team members Reliable transportation Compensation and benefits: Flexible scheduling CEU support Paid documentation and drive time A clinical director who knows your caseload by name
