  • 66/hour | Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 6-8 Client Caseload | East Bay, CA Natural Behavioral Solutions is seeking a compassionate and clinically motivated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing East Bay team.
This is a full-time hybrid/in-home position for a BCBA who wants the opportunity to provide thoughtful, individualized clinical care while maintaining a manageable caseload and having access to strong clinical support. Whether you are a newly certified BCBA looking for meaningful mentorship or an experienced BCBA looking for work life balance within a collaborative team, we want to support your continued growth as a clinician.
Position Details Compensation:
$55
  • 66/hour based on experience and qualifications, with an option to transition to a salaried position.
Schedule:
Full-time, Monday-Friday. Client services are provided between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM.
Caseload:
Approximately 6-8 clients, depending on clinical complexity, authorized hours, geography, and supervisory needs.
Work Model:
Hybrid/In-Home. This position includes in-person services, supervision, and caregiver collaboration within client homes and community settings throughout Contra Costa County, with remote opportunities for appropriate indirect clinical responsibilities, documentation, meetings, treatment planning, and other approved clinical work. Candidates must reside in California and be able to reliably travel throughout their assigned Contra Costa County service area.   • Ongoing professional growth Key Responsibilities As a BCBA at Natural Behavioral Solutions, you will:
  • Conduct initial and ongoing behavioral and skill assessments.
  • Complete reassessments and contribute to progress reports and treatment recommendations.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans, skill-acquisition programs, and function-based behavior intervention plans.
  • Analyze client data and make timely clinical changes based on treatment outcomes.
  • Provide supervision, overlaps, real-time coaching, and clinical feedback to BTs/RBTs and other clinical team members.
  • Facilitate regular clinical team meetings and collaborate with treatment teams.
  • Provide meaningful caregiver training and support families with generalization across everyday routines and environments.
  • Support treatment generalization across home, community, school, clinic, and other appropriate settings.
  • Collaborate with schools, physicians, therapists, funders, and other care providers when appropriate and properly authorized.
  • Develop clear clinical instructions, teaching materials, and training resources.
  • Monitor treatment integrity and clinical quality.
  • Complete required documentation, clinical reports, and funder communications in a timely manner.
  • Participate in continuing education, case consultation, professional development, and company-supported training opportunities.
  • Promote assent, learner autonomy, dignity, communication, choice, and appropriate refusal throughout treatment.
  • Support BT/RBT professional development and help build strong clinical teams. What We Are Looking For
  • Current BCBA certification in good standing.
  • Newly certified BCBAs are welcome and encouraged to apply.
  • Strong commitment to ethical, individualized, client-centered ABA services.
  • Interest in compassionate and assent-based clinical practice.
  • Ability to supervise, coach, and develop BT/RBT team members.
  • Strong communication and caregiver collaboration skills.
  • Ability to independently manage clinical responsibilities while working collaboratively with a broader clinical team.
  • Ability to provide in-home services throughout an assigned Contra Costa Counry territory.
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between client locations.
  • Must reside in California.
  • Bay Area candidates preferred.
  • Spanish-speaking candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
