Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Job Type:
Full-Time | Permanent | Onsite or Hybrid Locations (California): Dublin, San Leandro, Hayward, Livermore, Oakland, Alameda.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team. In this role, you will design and oversee ABA programs, supervise clinical staff, and collaborate with families to ensure the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based care for individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), developmental disabilities, or related delays.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement individualized ABA programs for children with autism and developmental delays. Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and create effective Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs). Provide supervision to BCaBAs and Behavior Interventionists to ensure clinical quality and treatment fidelity. Collaborate with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to promote positive client outcomes. Provide caregiver training to support generalization of skills across settings. Monitor data collection, review progress, and adjust treatment plans as needed. Maintain schedules, coordinate team meetings, and ensure compliance with clinical and ethical standards.
Qualifications:
Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field. Active BCBA Certification required. Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities. Strong communication, supervision, and collaboration skills. Willingness to work a consistent weekly schedule (including some afternoons/evenings). Reliable transportation (required for onsite/hybrid roles).
