We specialize in supporting children and young adults diagnosed with autism and other developmental disabilities in home, school, and community settings. The Role:
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) We're looking for a dedicated and compassionate BCBA to join our team. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to make a lasting impact on the lives of those we serve, working collaboratively with families and a supportive team of professionals. With a mix of onsite and remote work, you'll enjoy flexibility while contributing to meaningful outcomes.What You'll Be Doing:
As a BCBA at CALM, you'll play a vital role in helping clients achieve their goals.Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting assessments and developing individualized treatment plans.
- Supervising and training behavior technicians to ensure quality implementation of ABA strategies.
- Collaborating with families, caregivers, and other professionals to create a cohesive support system.
- Monitoring and analyzing data to make informed decisions and adjust interventions as needed.
- Upholding CALM's commitment to cultural competence in every aspect of service delivery.
What We're Looking For:
To thrive in this role, you'll need:- Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- A minimum of 1 year of experience working in ABA or related fields.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with clients, families, and team members.
- A passion for cultural competence and a commitment to providing inclusive, individualized care.

Full-time Pay:
$95,500.00- $110,694.
