$75.00

Sign-on Bonus:
A $300 bonus will be issued after three months of service.

Independent Contractor No Non-Compete Agreement:
You maintain the freedom to work with multiple ABA companies.
Illinois Licensing Fee:
This will be covered or reimbursed.
Supervision and Training:
We offer hybrid supervisions and virtual parent trainings. Location After School Hours (Weekdays):
  • Client 1: Arlington Heights (Hybrid): 2 in-person visits required per month, remainder can be remote.
  • Client 2: Arlington Heights (Hybrid): 2 in-person visits required per month, remainder can be remote.
  • Client 3 (Optional Client): Wilmette (Hybrid): 2 in-person visits required per month, remainder can be remote. (Weekdays or Weekends):
  • Client 3: Buffalo Grove (Hybrid); 2 in-person visits required per month, remainder can be remote.
  • Client 4 (Optional Client): Chicago (Lakeview) 100% remote.
About Our Organization Green Pediatrics Behavioral Services is a clinician-owned organization committed to innovation, collaboration, and high-quality care. We are seeking skilled and dedicated BCBAs to join our team and help support individuals and families through effective, compassionate behavioral services. Position Summary We are hiring a part-time BCBA to provide high-quality behavioral assessment and treatment services. This role offers true flexibility and there is no non-compete , allowing you to work with multiple ABA providers and broaden your professional experience. Essential Duties Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans. Supervise, coach, and support RBTs and other team members. Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed. Collaborate with families and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care. Maintain accurate and timely documentation. Qualifications Active BCBA certification. Experience providing ABA therapy to children with autism or developmental disabilities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Benefits Flexible schedule with availability needed between 4 PM
  • 8 PM, plus some weekends.
Approximately 10-15 hours per week depending on locations You maintain the freedom to work with multiple ABA companies. Supportive, clinician-focused work environment. Illinois licensing fee paid.
