Our experienced BCBAs work with learners and their families to design individualized goals and interventions, then train and support our direct therapists to provide ongoing in-home therapy to reach those goals. Direct behavior therapists are the heart and soul of any ABA agency, and we value any prior experience and education you may have. The job of a direct therapist is not always easy, and many goals take weeks and months to show progress. For this reason, we take pride in our initial training process as well as the on-going support you will receive from our BCBAs and the company as a whole. We are a growing agency, and we are trying to build a versatile team of people from all different experiences and backgrounds who are interested in helping us make this agency the best it can possibly be.
Behavior Tech Job Requirements:
Implement interventions and teaching procedures as designed by our BCBAs Reliable Flexible Collect data on goals and behaviors Maintain detailed notes about sessions Communicate effectively with families and BCBA Participate in a variety of trainings (Agency trainings, client specific, first-aid etc)
Additional Requirements:
Has successfully passed
DCYF-CANTS
clearance Will provide the agency with an original BCI from the Rhode Island Attorney General's office. A clear background check is required Schedule flexibility and travel ability for home-based services Personal means of transportation with a reliable vehicle Current driver's license and valid vehicle registration and insurance Access to electronic device to collect data and complete session not
