Key Qualifications:
Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required Experience working in school settings or with children on the autism spectrum strongly preferred Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques and data collection Effective communication and collaboration abilities Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism Strong observational, record-keeping, and reporting skills
What Youll Do:
Deliver one-on-one and small group behavioral interventions under the direction of supervising clinicians Gather, document, and track student data and progress as part of a collaborative team Implement behavior intervention plans with fidelity, adapting strategies under supervision as needed Communicate regularly with educational staff and behavior analyst supervisors regarding student needs and interventions Support and motivate students through daily routines and targeted learning activities Respond adaptively to classroom challenges, fostering a safe and supportive environment Enjoy the unique fulfillment of supporting students growth from now through late May 2027.
