Key Qualifications:

Current and active RBT certification required Prior experience working with school-aged children preferred Strong ability to gather and organize student behavioral data Solid understanding of ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) principles Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Demonstrated professionalism and reliability in previous roles

Role Responsibilities:

Implement evidence-based behavior intervention plans under supervision of Board-Certified Behavior Analysts Gather, record, and input behavioral data for student progress monitoring Collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and families to promote student development Follow individualized education and behavioral support plans with fidelity Maintain confidentiality and comply with all school and best-practice policies Provide direct, one-on-one and group support to students as assigned You will be scheduled for 37.5 hours each week, allowing you to engage deeply with your students and become a trusted partner in their growth.
