Job Description

Experienced RBTs, school aides, substitute teachers, or caregivers that have experience working with children diagnosed with Autism or Intellectual Disabilities. Services are provided in clinic, school and home settings. High School diploma or equivilant required. Training provided for applicants seeking RBT certification. Responsibilities Provide direct support to individuals with developmental disabilities and autism by implementing behavior intervention plans. Assist clients with daily living activities (ADLs) to promote independence. Collect and document data on client progress and behavior for analysis. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and adjust care plans. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations in all interactions and documentation.
