Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure positive outcomes and support the diverse needs of students with varying behavioral challenges.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential required Previous experience delivering ABA services in school or pediatric environments preferred Strong understanding of FBAs, BIPs, and evidence-based interventions Collaborative communication style with educators, families, and support staff Commitment to culturally responsive and ethical practice

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) Provide direct and consultative support to educators to address students' behavioral and social-emotional needs Offer training, coaching, and guidance to school staff and families on best practice behavioral strategies Maintain accurate documentation adhering to school district and regulatory guidelines Monitor progress and evaluate intervention effectiveness, adapting plans as needed for student growth Participate actively in multidisciplinary team meetings and individual education program (IEP) processes
