As a (Registered) Behavior Technician, you will work directly one-on-one with the client in a play-based, fun-loving environment. Our one goal together will be to improve the quality of life for the client family as a whole. Aloha Behavior was created by parents with more than a decade of experience in the field of autism, special education, and developmental disabilities. Being a part of this wonderful community, we wanted to give back by offering all the experience and expertise we have gained, to newly impacted families, and workers who put their heart and soul into this field.

We are NOT the typical corporate ABA center. We are NOT a severe behavior clinic. We are a family-first, family-based ABA center with experience in early childhood services. You will get continuous support from our hands-on BCBA, and you'll never feel like you are left alone with the client. No prior experience is necessary, and our BCBA will train you if you are committed to learning. In fact. our BCBA is so committed to teaching and training, that she even volunteers at the school district level in Fort Bend ISD. If you know the spirit of Aloha - kindness, unity, pleasantness, humility, and patience - we aim to bring that to each of the families we serve, and the employees we hire. Work in our center-based location Monday - Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Actual schedule is based on kiddos schedules. Both part-time and full-time available. If you are in school, we can work with your schedule. Work under the direct guidance of a BCBA to implement individualized treatment plans for the kiddos. Create and prepare client materials. Use a computer or tablet to record data into the data collection software. Write complete and timely session notes. Help keep the place clean. Requirements /
Qualifications:
Minimum High School Graduate or Diploma. A college degree is preferred. Pass criminal background check. Able to communicate well orally and in writing. Time management, observational, and analytical skills. Maintain respect and confidentiality for all clients. Able to lift at least 40 pounds, and be physically active, like sitting, standing, etc. Punctuality is important, families and kiddos depend on us!
Pay Rates:
Salary:
$14/hr - $20/hr depending on education and experience. Potential pay increases every 3 months based on performance. Bonuses based on performance.
