What were looking for:

Current national BACB certification (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) Proven experience as a BCBA, ideally in a school or educational setting Comfort with district-wide travel, moving between multiple buildings as needed Strong interpersonal and consultative skills to interact with students, educators, and families Ability to design, implement, and monitor effective behavioral interventions Commitment to ethical, evidence-based practice Available to complete onboarding requirements including fingerprinting and registry list checks Key responsibilities: Develop and oversee implementation of individualized behavior intervention plans Collaborate with teachers, paraprofessionals, administrators, and families Conduct functional behavior assessments and provide recommendations Offer professional development and training for school staff Monitor data collection and adjust strategies as needed for ongoing improvement Ensure all interventions align with school policies and national best practices Youll find fulfillment knowing your work directly changes educational outcomes and supports a positive school climate.
