Join Our Team at Affinity Autism Services! Are you already a certified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) looking for a consistent schedule and a meaningful role supporting children with autism? Affinity Autism Services is seeking dedicated RBTs to join our growing team.
Position:
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) This position is for currently certified RBTs only . Applicants must hold an active RBT certification to be considered. Schedule Monday - Friday 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM Set, consistent schedule No weekends or major holidays 30-40 hours each week Pay Range $19.00 - $26.00 per hour Based on experience, performance, and qualifications What We Offer Competitive hourly pay Paid drive time and mileage reimbursement Consistent, predictable schedule Flexible opportunities to increase hours based on availability Supportive team environment Ongoing mentorship and professional growth Benefits Package (after 90 days) Health, vision, and dental insurance 401(k) with company matching Paid time off Free mental health therapy What You'll Do As an RBT, you will: Implement individualized ABA therapy plans Work one-on-one with children Support development of communication, behavioral, and life skills Collect session data and complete progress notes Provide services in home and/or clinic settings Every session is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact. Requirements Active RBT certification (required) 18 years or older High School Diploma or equivalent Reliable transportation to travel to client locations Ability to pass a criminal background check Ability to stand, kneel, and lift up to 50 lbs Comfortable assisting with toileting needs Basic computer skills for documentation Positive, professional attitude and passion for working with children Ready to Make an Impact?
