Job Description
Join Our Team at Balance in Behavior Are you passionate about making a real difference in the lives of children and families? Do you love working with kids and want to grow in the field of psychology, behavior analysis, or mental health? Come join our team! We have two openings Monday through Thursday for three hours a day. The first position is between 2:30 pm - 7 pm. The second position is from 4 pm - 7 pm. We're looking for a warm, dedicated, and enthusiastic Registered Behavior Technician or technicians (RBTs) —OR someone interested in becoming certified as an RBT and able to complete the training and testing within a 2-week period. The position is located in Logan. In this role, you will work one-on-one with a child in their home environment under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You will help implement behavior strategies and skill development programs, track progress, and support the child's growth in a compassionate and structured way.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy in a home setting under the direction of a BCBA
- Implement individualized behavior support and skill acquisition plans
- Collect data and maintain accurate session notes on client progress
- Support families with tools that make everyday life smoother and more supportive
- Attend required team meetings and training sessions
- Implement behavior and skill-building strategies tailored to the child's needs
