Open Arms Youth and Adult Services is seeking a highly qualified BC3 Behavior Consultant to provide Behavior Consultation Services to individuals with intellectual disabilities/related conditions (ID.RC) and/or adults with acquired brain injuries (ABI). The BC3 Behavior Consultant will provide advanced behavioral consultation and collaborate with individuals, families, DSPs, support coordinators, program leadership, and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective person-centered behavioral supports. Required Qualifications All pathways require at least one year of experience working with persons with ID.RC or adults with ABI. Applicants must also qualify through one of the following: Option A

• BCBA Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification through the BACB and Utah DOPL licensure as a Behavior Analyst (LBA) . Option B
• Doctoral/Psychologist Doctoral degree in a behaviorally related field and Utah DOPL licensure as a Psychologist . Option C
• BCBA Candidate At least one year of applicable

ID.RC/ABI

experience; enrollment in a BACB-approved behavior-analysis course sequence leading to BCBA certification; and supervision by a BCBA willing to supervise the BC3 staff member. The application requires documentation of the supervisor and their BCBA certification. Option D

• Doctoral/Exemption At least one year of applicable

ID.RC/ABI

experience, a Doctoral degree in a behaviorally related field , and qualification for the applicable DOPL licensure exemption described in DHHS91172, including any relevant licensure required by that exemption. Key Responsibilities Provide advanced Behavior Consultation Services; assess behavioral needs; develop, implement, monitor, and modify individualized behavioral strategies; analyze behavioral information and client progress; provide consultation and training to DSPs and other caregivers; participate in interdisciplinary meetings; collaborate with families, guardians, support coordinators, and program leadership; provide supervision when permitted/required by the applicable qualification pathway; ensure behavioral interventions protect individual rights and support person-centered outcomes; complete required clinical/service documentation; and maintain compliance with DHHS91172 and applicable agency requirements.
