Stock merchandise and restock shelves as needed. Manage and organize shopping carts. Return misplaced or unsold products to proper shelves. Process returns and exchanges according to company policy. Promote store membership or loyalty programs. Assist in managing checkout line flow to minimize wait times. Respond to customer inquiries and complaints professionally and promptly. Verify promotional pricing and ensure shelf labels match the POS system. Support new product launches and marketing campaigns. Post promotional offers on social media and respond to online customer inquiries. 【Key Requirements】 Fluency in Mandarin, English and Cantonese preferred. Professional, reliable, and able to work effectively within a team environment. Maintain excellent attendance and strong work discipline. Proficient in operating POS system operation and basic Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel). Experience with design or video editing tools (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, CapCut) is a plus. 【
