Key Responsibilities:
- Adhere to organizational policies and collaborate effectively with colleagues.
- Implement treatment plans accurately and equitably when working with children.
- Foster positive relationships with clients to facilitate the development of social skills and promote positive behaviors.
- Utilize various techniques to encourage appropriate client behavior.
- Monitor and document client behavior, and communicate progress to clients and their families.
- Adhere to HIPAA regulations and medical insurance requirements.

Additional Requirements:
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Physical ability to lift objects and move freely.
- Capability to use physical interventions when necessary.
- Reliable transportation for home visits (all sessions in home).
- Valid driver's license and car insurance if driving to work.
- Successful completion of background checks.
- Maintain active drivers license and insurance
Experience Required:
- Previous experience working with children.
- Comprehensive training will be provided to equip you with necessary skills.
Educational Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Training Provided:
- Assistance in obtaining certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
- Training is conducted during paid working hours.
