Job Description

Category Schools - BCBA Job Type Contract Step into a pivotal role supporting students across the PK-12+ grade spectrum as an onsite BCBA for the upcoming academic year. This contract opportunity is ideal for those passionate about making a difference in an educational setting, working in person to positively impact learners and staff alike. The assignment begins August 26th and concludes June 27th, working a steady schedule of 37.5 hours per week.
Key Qualifications:
Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required Previous experience in school-based or pediatric settings is highly desirable Strong knowledge in the assessment and implementation of ABA strategies for diverse student populations Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with educators, support staff, students, and families Ability to work in person and travel as needed within the school system
Primary Responsibilities:
Provide behavioral assessments, intervention planning, and direct support for students PK-12+ Collaborate with teachers and multidisciplinary teams to develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior plans Train and coach staff on best practices and interventions related to applied behavior analysis Collect and analyze behavioral data to adjust and improve student supports Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student progress monitoring As the dedicated BCBA for this school system, you'll have the opportunity to make meaningful connections with students of all ages and backgrounds.
