r42628-98550 Job Description Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) School-Based | Hoquiam, WA 98550 ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a full-time, onsite opportunity in Hoquiam, Washington. This position will support students and staff across the school district, with responsibilities including RBT supervision, behavioral programming, BIP development, and consultation with teachers supporting students with behavioral needs. The district's schools are all located within approximately one mile of each other, making travel between sites convenient while providing the opportunity to work with a variety of students and educational teams.

Responsibilities:

Provide behavioral support and consultation across multiple school sites Supervise and provide guidance to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) Assist with the development and implementation of Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) Support teachers working with students who demonstrate behavioral challenges Provide evidence-based behavioral strategies and recommendations to school staff Collaborate with teachers, special education teams, administrators, and related service providers Monitor student behavior and progress through data collection and analysis Conduct behavioral assessments and make recommendations for appropriate interventions Help develop individualized behavioral supports based on student needs Provide staff consultation and training regarding effective behavioral strategies Support a positive, structured, and inclusive learning environment

Qualifications:

Active BCBA certification/licensure required ESA (Educational Staff Associate) Certificate required School-based experience preferred Experience supervising RBTs preferred Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles Experience developing and implementing BIPs Strong communication and collaboration skills Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with school teams Comfortable traveling between multiple school sites within the district
