Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support students in a school-based setting in Lake Stevens, WA. In this role, you will work closely with students who have behavioral and developmental needs, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide one-on-one and small group behavioral support to students Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) and collect accurate data Support students in developing social, academic, and daily living skills Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and BCBA to ensure consistent support Maintain documentation in compliance with school and regulatory standards Foster a safe, positive, and structured learning environment

Qualifications:

Active RBT certification required High school diploma required; associates or bachelors degree preferred Experience working with children or adolescents (school setting preferred) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to stay calm, patient, and consistent in challenging situations
