This full-time, onsite opportunity is ideal for a skilled Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) eager to collaborate with dedicated educators and families. The assignment covers the upcoming 26/27 school year and offers the platform to work directly on campus with a diverse student population.
Key Qualifications:
Current certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Previous experience supporting children or adolescents in school or similar settings Familiarity with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles Ability to effectively implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) Strong communication skills with educators, families, and students Compassionate, patient, and enthusiastic approach Ready to interview as soon as possible
Primary Responsibilities:
Deliver one-on-one or small group behavioral interventions to students across K-12 grades Collect and maintain data on student progress and behaviors Work closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), teachers, and support staff to reinforce behavior goals Assist in the implementation and monitoring of individualized education plans (IEPs) Foster a positive, supportive classroom environment Provide regular updates to the educational team and families on progress and challenges Maintain ethical, professional standards consistent with school policies and RBT requirements
