K12 Qualifications Active RBT certification through the BACB Washington state requirements for working as an RBT/behavior technician School-based or pediatric behavioral experience preferred Strong communication and collaboration skills Responsibilities Provide direct behavioral support to students across the K12 setting Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under appropriate supervision Collect and document behavioral data Collaborate with teachers, behavior specialists, and other members of the school team Support students in developing positive behavioral and functional skills Benefits Competitive pay (based on experience) Full Health, Dental & Vision Insurance 401(k) Retirement Plan CEU Reimbursements Travel Stipends (eligible candidates) Paid Sick Leave Travel candidates are welcome to apply!
