This full-time role is open to candidates credentialed as Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT), Certified Behavior Technicians (CBT), or experienced paraprofessionals eager to contribute to positive educational experiences.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

Active RBT or CBT certification preferred; paraprofessional experience working with students with diverse needs highly regarded Previous experience providing behavioral support in educational settings is beneficial Ability to develop rapport quickly with students and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams Strong communication skills and a commitment to fostering inclusive, supportive learning environments Adaptable and dependable, ready to respond to various classroom needs

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver direct behavioral interventions to students under the supervision of Board Certified Behavior Analysts or other special education team members Assist with implementing individualized education plans and behavior intervention plans Record and document student progress accurately Support classroom routines and provide one-on-one or small group assistance as needed Work closely with teachers, administrators, and families to ensure continuity of behavioral strategies
