Category Schools - BCBA Job Type Contract An exciting opportunity is available for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support students across a district-wide, K-12 caseload for the entire 2026-2027 school year. This full-time, onsite position runs from September 9, 2026, through June 16, 2027, with a weekly commitment of 37.5 hours. You'll work collaboratively with educators and behavior support assistants (BSAs), playing a key role in enhancing student outcomes within a supportive school environment.

Qualifications and Experience:

Current BCBA certification, or willingness to obtain Washington licensure before the start date Fingerprinting through OSPI, or willingness to complete process as required by state law Experience providing behavioral services to students in school settings preferred Strong communication skills and the ability to work with diverse K-12 populations Previous supervisory experience of support staff, such as BSAs, is a plus Commitment to working onsite—virtual applications will not be considered

Key Responsibilities:
