Key Qualifications & Experience:

Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required Experience in school settings or special education highly valued Strong skills in supporting students with diverse behavioral and developmental needs Ability to build rapport with young children and collaborate closely with educators and support staff Flexibility to assist within both self-contained and general education environments

Primary Responsibilities:

Provide daily support in a self-contained K2 classroom serving approximately 8 students Deliver 1:1 assistance to students as needed, adapting support to individual goals Facilitate smooth transitions for students moving into the general education setting Collaborate with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for ongoing coaching, strategy development, and establishing effective classroom structures Maintain professionalism and responsiveness to evolving classroom needscaring for both individual students and the class as a whole Experience a rewarding assignment where you will see the direct impact of your skills each day, working as part of a collaborative and supportive team.
