Job Duties:

Test products or subassemblies for functionality and quality. Troubleshoot issues with equipment, devices, or products. Set up and operate production equipment according to standard operating procedures and good manufacturing practices. Monitor and adjust production processes or equipment for quality and productivity. Prepare, assemble, and load materials for production. Build product subassemblies, final assemblies, and packaging. Inspect finished products for quality and compliance with customer specifications. Perform quality assurance testing on products. Maintain inventory of production materials and supplies. Keep accurate production and equipment logs. Prepare production documents, inventory reports, and productivity reports. Provide production, progress, and changeover information to shift supervisors. Start up and shut down processing equipment. Calibrate or adjust equipment using tools such as calipers, micrometers, height gauges, protractors, or ring gauges. Assist engineers with developing, building, or testing prototypes, products, processes, or procedures.

Job Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent OR GED Experience with troubleshooting, material preparation/loading, and inventory management. Material preparation/loading or material handling experience. Inventory management experience. Manufacturing or production experience. Production equipment operation experience. Quality inspection or quality assurance experience. Mechanical or equipment troubleshooting experience. Forklift or other material handling equipment experience. Packaging or assembly experience. Experience with calibration tools such as calipers or micrometers. Experience working in a GMP or SOP-driven environment. Previous experience in a 24/7 manufacturing facility.

Schedule:

12 hours rotating Shift 2-2-3 shift schedule Swiffer operates 24/7 and requires rotating between Days and Nights. HC01

$17.00 per hour
