Variable (0615-1100 Start), 12h weekend and 20h weekday of on call in a 4 week period, with 30min response time. Weekend call will be in addition to regularly scheduled weekend shift. Scheduled two shifts every other weekend.

Pay:

$65/hr (approx $2500 weekly) Job Summary We are seeking an experienced CVOR Scrub Tech to support surgical teams by providing skilled scrub services during cardiovascular and other surgical procedures. The ideal candidate will have strong cardiac surgery experience and proficiency in orthopedic, neurological, and robotic procedures. Responsibilities Provide scrub support during cardiovascular and other surgical procedures. Demonstrate strong cardiac surgery proficiency. Scrub for orthopedic, neurosurgery, and robotic procedures as needed, including general surgery cases. Apply problem-analysis and resolution skills in the operating room. Support the surgical team in maintaining a safe and efficient procedural environment. Perform duties consistent with the role of a scrub person in a hospital setting. Required Qualifications Minimum 3 years of experience as a scrub person in a hospital setting .

Proficiency in:

Cardiac surgery Neurosurgery Robotic surgery Orthopedic surgery BLS certification for Healthcare Providers required. High school diploma or GED. Preferred Qualifications Completion of an approved Operating Room Technician program, or demonstrated technical skills through on-the-job training. Scrub Tech certification. Minimum high school education preferred. Schedule Details Variable 12-hour shifts, with start times between 6:15 AM and 11:00 AM . 36 hours per week. Scheduled for two shifts every other weekend. Call requirements during each four-week period: 12 hours of weekend call. 20 hours of weekday call. 30-minute response time. Weekend call is in addition to the regularly scheduled weekend shift.
