What You'll Do:
Welcome our patients arriving for their appointment, making them feel comfortable and cared for Answer calls and assist with patient questions and concerns Schedule appointments and present treatment plans clearly and confidently Submit and follow up on insurance claims and appeal when needed Demonstrate confidence in financial conversations, including requesting and collecting payments Support the team with various administrative tasks ✅What We're Looking For:
At least 1-2 years+ of dental front desk experience Knowledge in submitting insurance claims Familiarity with EagleSoft (preferred) and Microsoft Office Excellent communication and organizational skills Reliable, dependable, and detail-oriented Willingness to learn and assist with clinical assisting and room preparation when needed Positive can-do attitude with a focus on patient experience! ✅Why You'll Love It Here:
