We are looking for an experienced, motivated Dental Treatment Coordinator to join our growing periodontal office! The Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who is: Self-starting and proactive — you see what needs to be done and take initiative. Highly detail-oriented — you understand that accuracy matters when coordinating complex treatment and financial arrangements. Exceptional with customer service — you genuinely enjoy helping patients and creating a positive experience. Confident discussing finances — you're comfortable having honest, compassionate conversations with patients about the cost of treatment and their financial options. Knowledgeable about dental insurance — you understand insurance benefits, estimates, limitations, and how insurance impacts treatment costs. Comfortable with third-party financing — experience presenting and coordinating financing options is strongly preferred. A strong communicator — you can explain complex treatment and financial information clearly and confidently. A team player — you understand that great patient care requires collaboration and communication across the entire team. What You'll Do As our Treatment Coordinator, you will play a critical role in helping patients move from diagnosis to treatment .
You will:
Coordinate and present treatment plans. Educate patients about recommended periodontal treatment. Discuss treatment costs, insurance benefits, and payment options. Assist patients with third-party financing. Help patients make informed decisions about their care. Communicate with insurance companies and help maximize patient benefits. Follow up with patients regarding recommended treatment. Maintain accurate records and financial information. Work closely with the clinical team to ensure a seamless patient experience. Why Join Us? Qualifications Dental Administration:
1 year (Preferred) Radiology License (Preferred)
Customer Service:
1 year (Preferred)
Sales Experience:
1 year (Preferred) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. (REQUIRED) Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail. (REQUIRED) Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and work independently. (REQUIRED)
