Our Care Coordinators are responsible for providing administrative support and play an essential role in creating seamless, positive experiences for our patients. This person will work closely with administrative and clinical team members to coordinate care services for patients in a professional setting. We pride ourselves on having a skilled team that works hard to provide quality patient care while maintaining a positive work environment. Our goal is to hire a talented individual with previous dental experience and provide them with the tools, resources, and support that they need to succeed. Responsibilities- Provide professional patient care
- Schedule patient appointments of all types
- Coordinate referrals to specialists and other healthcare providers
- Maintain accurate and current patient records
- Assist with dental insurance verification, billing inquiries, and payments
- Communicate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive care coordination for patients
- Provide administrative support to healthcare professionals
- Ensure compliance with office policies and procedures Experience
- Previous experience working in a dental office is required
- Previous experience with dental scheduling is recommended
- Familiarity with medical and dental terminology is recommended
- Understand technology and how to use it effectively
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
