We are looking for an amazing Treatment Coordinator to add to our growing orthodontic practice! The ideal candidate is someone who is passionate and knowledgeable about orthodontics and providing quality patient care to our awesome patients! Someone that is positive, kind, dependable, intelligent, and detail orientated would be the ideal candidate. We work as a team and are seeking someone that is a team player. In addition to the qualities already mentioned, we are seeking someone that is respectful, positive, works efficiently and accurately, is organized, and receives direction and feedback well. JOB DESCRIPTION AND DUTIES INCLUDE
(but not limited to): Communicating with patients regarding their treatment plan. Being the patient's advocate and ensuring that they have a full understanding of the treatment plan that is recommended. Following up with patients. Communicating with local dental offices. Facilitating appointments with other professionals. Charting of patient/treatment information Taking patient records (including x-rays, photos, and digital scans) Sterilizing instruments and disinfecting carts and other equipment Educating and encouraging patients to follow the recommendations of the orthodontist Data collection through various reports (in Excel/Sheets/Word/Docs) Scheduling appointments Answering phones
