The ideal candidate is someone who is passionate and knowledgeable about orthodontics and providing quality patient care to our awesome patients! JOB DESCRIPTION AND DUTIES INCLUDE

(but not limited to): Communicating with patients regarding their treatment plan. Being the patient's advocate and ensuring that they have a full understanding of the treatment plan that is recommended. Following up with patients. Communicating with local dental offices. Facilitating appointments with other professionals. Charting of patient/treatment information Taking patient records (including x-rays, photos, and digital scans) Sterilizing instruments and disinfecting carts and other equipment Educating and encouraging patients to follow the recommendations of the orthodontist Data collection through various reports (in Excel/Sheets/Word/Docs) Scheduling appointments Answering phones
