$25-$30/hour + multiple bonuses! Mon-Friday workweek. No weekends! Single location private practice! What You'll Do Guide patients through their treatment options in a clear, friendly, and confident way Present dental treatment plans Handle financial discussions, insurance estimates, and payment options Build trust with patients through empathy, professionalism, and follow-up Overcome objections and help patients feel confident about moving forward Maintain an organized pipeline and follow up with unscheduled treatment Work closely with the doctor and clinical team to deliver an excellent experience Who Thrives in This Role You are a naturally persuasive communicator who loves connecting with people and guiding them to a decision. Qualifications Required:

1+ year of experience in high-ticket sales, customer service, or patient coordination Confident, warm communicator who builds trust quickly Comfortable discussing financing, pricing, and commitment Strong follow-up skills Highly organized and detail-oriented Positive, patient-first mindset

Pay:

$25.00 - $30.00 per hour
